You are cutting your stroke across your body instead of along the plane of your hip – try spreading out you feet a little wider than shoulder width and line up the shot in front of your hips – this should do the trick

practice, practice, practice and experience new things when you are. But usally its becuz ur swing is coming from the left and making its way to the right. Making the ball have spin on it.

Next time you go golfing ask your buddy to pull on the club as you hold it out in front of you. If he can’t your grip is to stong if he can your good. Don’t hold it so sissy like the ball screws up the club face on impact though.

Move the ball half an inch extra to the left of your stance at address (if you are right handed). Increase this distance until you start to hook the ball. Also follow through as high as you can towards the target.

One way I found to cure my slice is to plant my right foot( I am a right handed golfer) and actually exaggerate the planting by forcing my right knee to point at the ball while it is on the tee or ground throughout the back swing…try it

how to fix that dreaded slice. Learning to swing your club on an inside-to-out path through impact, Hilts says, is a permanent fix.

three drills you can do to help cure that frustrating slice.

I have the same problem. It’s because your clubface is facing to the right when you actually hit the ball.

This works for me… Make sure my left hand is very straight. My wrist must also be straight, parallel with the club. Also make sure the club grip is held at the bottom of my fingers and not in the palm. Try a swing. See the club face. If your club face is facing right, make more adjustment to the wrist.
