Golf drills will allow you to Develop a feel for the correct motion the key is to incorporate this into a full fluid swing. For your swaying locking of your knees and feet that aren’t flared enough is often the cause of a sway. I suggest you work on flaring your feet a tiny bit and get stronger legs.

This is common for all players a good turn is initiated by stable legs good hip turn with mild resistance in your right leg. Try to stay centered
and make a good smooth transition into your front foot.

It depends on your talent and work ethic I would say 6 hours of practicing the turn would do it then then practice doing it while playing
