The Las vegas Golf Course and PGA Association.
There’s a nice one across from Suncoast next to Boca Park.
Make sure you go to all of the Boyd Gaming casinos!!
Bear’s Best, Silverstone, Paiute courses
search for Cascata, it used to Caesar’s high roller course, now its open to the public.
Shadow Ridge (not public but worth it), Wynn, Bali Hai.
TPC Summerlin, Paiute are also great tracks.
Angel Park gets a ton of local traffic and is always busy.
A couple of mistakes in other people’s answers. Its Shadow Creek which you can only play if you stay at one of the MGM hotels and it still will set you back 5 C-notes and Cascata is in Boulder which I guess is in the area. It will cost the same. Wynn Las Vegas will cost the same as well and you can only play that if you are a guest of the hotel. Golf in Las Vegas isn’t cheap, but you probably know this. Try these:
Bad Lands
Bear’s Best
Royal Links
Reflection Bay(Lake Las Vegas resort)
Rio Secco(in Henderson)
That’s a hard one, a lot of them are over the top amazing, just like Vegas itself, try the site I found below, and remember to get in shape, golf season will soon be in full swing!
