What steps must I take to become a golf teaching professional?

I want to be a head pro of a golf course one day soon.

    first then is first make sure the pro of the course you go to knows what you plan to do…….
    well first you have to work at a golf course for 6 months then after the six months you apply for pga school then you will have to pass the pat(player ability’s test) it is a 2 day skills challenge where you usually have to shoot in 70’s both days..(depending on rating of course) after that you will be sent your first set of binders or books it usually takes a year or so and then you just keep going through diff level of books..u also have to attend diff classes at the pga facility a couple of times… its takes a lot of years of learning and doing ur books until u are consider a head pro…it takes several years not something that can be done overnight
